I ordered a KB jewelry jewel on the website. How do I track my delivery?You can follow the status of your delivery from your KB jewelry account. To do this, log into your account and click on "My Orders". An underlined link "track this delivery" is next to the tracking number of your order, it allows you to know the delivery status of it. The tracking link is also present in the shipping email of your order.

What should I do to return my order?For any exchange or refund, the jewel must not have been worn, put back in its box. I would like a refund: You have the possibility to return your jewel within: 14 days from the date of receipt of your order for a refund by exercising your right of withdrawal. I want to trade: You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your order for an exchange. To return a jewel, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Department by email at the following address: kbjewelrysav@gmail.com or via the "Contact" section at the bottom of the site page. You can also contact us in writing via the Contact section by selecting the subject of your request and expressing your request. For any exchange, you must return the jewel to us, we will then proceed with the refund. You can then place a new order. The refund of your order will only be effective within 14 days of receipt of the product, subject to acceptance of your return (the jewel must be returned identically).
